Individual Therapy allows you to journey into self-discovery and self-improvement in a 1:1 setting. During our 50 minute sessions, you'll work on exploring thoughts, processing emotions, challenging limiting beliefs or narratives, and developing coping skills to reduce symptoms that are impacting your function.

Self Pay: $110/Session

Couples and Family Therapy are best suited for 2-5 people who would like to work on addressing specific issues, developing communication skills and finding a better understanding of relationship dynamics in order to practice effective solutions together.

Self Pay: $150/Session

Reduced self pay rates are available upon request. Students or recent graduates, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and/or folks experiencing financial hardship or insurance loss are encouraged to reach out for more details.

We offer clinical supervision services for LPC and ATR-P level clinicians who are working toward hours for LCPC and ATR licensure. Our focus is on providing quality supervision through a person-centered lens. We also incorporate art therapy concepts into supervision when relevant.
